This website provides information about the AT&T Mobility LLC ("AT&T Mobility" or
"AT&T") third-party content subscription refund program for Florida wireless customers. An agreement ("Agreement")
was reached between AT&T Mobility (formerly Cingular) and the Office of the Florida
Attorney General. It provides that certain current and former wireless customers of AT&T in
Florida have the right to file a claim for a credit or refund if the customers paid
for unauthorized third-party content subscriptions on their wireless accounts.

You must file a claim to be eligible for a credit
or refund under the program. All claims must be submitted online or postmarked
on or before December 1, 2008 to be eligible for a credit or refund under the program.
